Wouldn’t You Agree? #14

Q: What is the difference between a controlled and a controlling person?

A: A controlled person frustrates others; a controlling person offends and triggers resentment from others.  A controlled person is often trying to maintain control to both protect themselves and/or a process; a controlling person is trying to dominate others.  You might want to check with the people in your life which way they view you if either applies.

Wouldn’t you agree?
