You know, in my opinion, if anyone can come up with great positive qualities in response to all these questions, they need to be working for themselves and not wasting their talents working for someone else.

You’re right on track. We hire people based on “What” they can do and “How” they’ll do it – then we verify. Their BEST choice of references might come from them when we ask “Why” our company needs the very best people. And as companies grow the “Why” they are in business becomes fuzzy. You and Simon Sinek have made an incredible impression.
