    Mark,

    Congratulations! I’m going to be moving in a couple weeks so I’m filtering through my books to figure out what to bring with me.

    I didn’t hesitate for one moment before putting Just Listen in my keep pile. I go through it anytime I know I’m about to meet with someone new or have an interaction with someone that I know is important.

    It’s simply an excellent book.
