		<description>Dear Mark,  Fine note but you did not mention perhaps seeing a psychotherapist/psychoanalyst for at least a consultation.  I find that many people  who come to me feeling depressed are more anxiety ridden.  When I can identify the anxiety and what it is about, they can start connecting with their feelings of pain and usually confusion.
